I bought a Premium subscription, but haven’t received it?

Please check your email box (including any SPAM or junk folders) for the confirmation email. If you got a confirmation email not from us, but from a payment processor, please send as many payment details to us so that we can find your transaction and make sure the days are credited to your account:

  • Date of payment
  • Email you used
  • Transaction number
  • Order number
  • Payment method (VISA, MasterCard, etc.)
  • Transaction amount
  • If you paid with PayPal, please tell us the email you use at PayPal.
  • Any other relevant details that may help us find your transaction.
